How It has Begun...
Ivonne Von Schutz
Ivonne was our very first German Shepherd, that showed us the beauties but also hardships that come with owning a jedinec of this magnificent breed and the one that started a long lasting obsession. She was a black and deep tan bicolor bitch, that came from the working kennel Von Schutz back at the SKC. This lady, which was the leftover pup from her litter, proved herself many times over, not only when it came to her working
abilities, which she was formerly obtained for, but furthermore she also rallied positive feedback in the conformation ring under her belt. We like to think of Ivonne as the founding bitch of the Azantyr bloodline. During her active years she gave us 2 memorable litters,
both of which have made us very proud breeders and have fared exceptionally well and are now in their deserved retirement.
One tremendous thank you goes to you to the dog heaven Iv! You are profoundly missed.

Darge was an exceptional dog, not only to us but to everyone that had met him during his life. He was the very first of our GSD-gang to ever obtain an official title - Working Dog Champion, and with his attitude it came as no surprise. This glorious boy was a hard worker,
that never shied away from a challenge, head-strong in his own mind, but still never failed to obey his handler when the situation called for it. Unfortunately, it never came down to breeding this stubborn guy, which we deeply regret to this day. However, he shall always and forever live in our memories. This way we would like to thank our long-time partner, Kennel Von Drachen Herz, for giving us the chance to call this boy ours!
Silverton's Do Not Panic
Airon was a chapter of its own. A nephew to Darge from his mother's side, he possessed a strong drive, excellent instincts, great physique, and a proven bloodline, all of which destined him to be the perfect working dog we were looking for, however his goofy and over-the-top personality made him into a dog that was, to say the least, complicated to work with. Nonetheless he turned out to be an invaluable asset to our breeding program, as the sire to our Litter B pups, all of whichhave become very well-balanced working canines and whose blood can be found in our kennel till this very day.
Ivonne's LEgacy
Litter A
In the beginning of September 2014, Ivonne borne us our very first litter of shepherds.
6 puppies altogether were born that night, 3 girls and 3 boys, a very nicely balanced litter. The sire was PSL/Aethon's Carnival of Rust from Delta Kennel, and we couldn't have wished for a better sire! All puppies from this litter were vital, full of life with a lot of working and showing prospect. We kept a little sable girl - Goldien's Showdown at Delta.
Razta was a very promising young lass, she was hard working and resilient like her mother, headed towards a bright future, however fate didn't want it that way.
Sadly, she suffered lifelong injuries in a terrible accident, which prevented her from further working or being bred.
Litter B
Having proven us her ability to pass down her best genes to her kids, we decided to breed Ivonne once more in late winter of 2014, resulting in a litter of 4, 3 girls and 1 boy. The sire this time was a young stud of our own, Airon. We were hoping for driven shepherds, with nice exterier, balanced personalities, and stable health, and fortunately, as time later showed, that's exactly what we got!
From this litter we kept the only boy - CH. Goldien's Out For Blood NOC.
Along the line Blenon has proved his worth to us times and times over, beginning with his spotless obedience (so unlike his father), which he proved by gaining the Novice Obedience Championship title, to struttering his stuff to the fullest in the big ring among many other gorgeous dogs of many different breeds, and gaining himself a Conformation Champion title!
We couldn't be prouder of this goof even if we tried!
He is now in a well-earned retirement.
Litter C
After coming back from a long hiatus in January 2017, because of family problems, we decided to continue our, so far, very successful GSD bloodline. The sire of this litter was Blenon's son Kiroshimo di Azantyr, a young liver & tan boy, from a private breeding with one of our imported bitches (Rikku Von Drachen Herz), and ourselves bred up-and-rising young bitch CH. Lutador's Doomsday di Azantyr. 5 puppies were born in this litter, 3 girls and 2 boys. 2 of the girls happened to carry on Kiro's rare coloring, the liver gene. We kept a liver sable girl - Psychemagik di Azantyr.
The youngsters are faring pretty well so far, slowly growing into loyal partners and steadfast workers, trying their paws in the conformation rings as well, but surely still have
a lot of room for improvement. We can't wait to see more from them!
